Sven Dupré will give lecture and workshop at Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore, Maryland – 4 & 5 April 2017

The Graduate Student Lecture series and Singleton Center (John Hopkins University) present a lecture by Sven Dupré, Utrecht University, at 6 p.m. on April 4 in Mergenthaler 111. The lecture is titled “Technical Art History: The Historicity of Materials and the Re-Enactment of Historical Processes of Making.”

The History of Art Department (John Hopkins University) presents a workshop, co-sponsored with the Singleton Center, with Sven Dupré, Utrecht University, in Gilman 177 from 10 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. The workshop is titled “The Materiality of Renaissance Perspective”, and will be introduced by Prof. Christopher Lakey, of the History of Art Department.
